With over 10 years of teaching experience, Miss Chow, who specialises in early childhood pedagogy, has taught in reputable art schools and preschools. The ECDA-certified teacher graduated with a BA (Hons) in Product and Industrial Design from Lasalle College of the Arts.
Miss Chow's unending pursuit of inspiring children sees her continually looking for ways to inspire students, keeping abreast with advancements in areas of pedagogy, art education, anthropology, science and technology.
She believes that art transcends all boundaries, making it a unique platform for imparting values, knowledge and life skills that are especially relevant in the world of today.

BJORN WONG

Following his studies in Visual Communications at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Teacher Bjorn dabbled in a wide range of fields that include design, journalism, sports marketing, publishing and events management. Through this time, he maintained a strong belief in impacting kids in a positive and purposeful manner.
Teacher Bjorn is passionate about helping students to understand the value of art and its various facets. He is a firm believer that education is dynamic and that nurturing a creative mind is critical, going beyond the traditional definition of academic excellence.

A recent Art Teaching graduate from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Teacher Brenda's optimism in helping students realise their unique potential shines through. Her experience working with numerous art studios has given her clarity with regard to her philosophy towards art education.
Teacher Brenda has a caring disposition and patience in understanding each student's strengths and growth areas. She strives to create a fun and conducive environment that enhances each child's learning experience and creative output. To her, art and words have the power to elevate one's confidence and self worth, thus effecting a positive chain reaction.

RENE DANIEL LIM

Teacher Rene is a believer in instilling positive values from a young age. She makes special effort to approach each class in a fun and engaging way, inspiring inquisitive minds to have meaningful conversations.
She also shares a special interest in character building in more ways than one, often dabbling in illustrations, animations and games in her own time. This allows her to further connect with students through the latest in pop culture.

JOSHUA CALEB CHNG

Joshua is a final-year Fine Art student at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, currently majoring in ceramics. Through his personal art journey, he believes that hands-on learning — trying, failing and trying again — is the best way to learn something new.
His strengths lie in intricate line work, Chinese ink and figure drawing. He is an advocate for learning and growing through difficult situations, allowing students to emerge stronger and with a better understanding of themselves.

Our portfolio course is comprehensively crafted for students aspiring to take their art abilities to the next level. As they progress, their journey is documented to showcase their artistic, conceptual and intellectual proficiency.

Ideal as a critical stepping stone towards developing art confidence and technical ability for a robust foundation in visual arts. Be better equipped to move on to portfolio course, more advanced drawing and other specialty areas in various fields.
